The 2015 World Championships began under a cloud due cheating allegations made against a number of top pairs in the weeks leading up to championships.

These first world championships ever to be held on Indian soil proved to be a huge success. The Indian federation and local workers did everything in their power to make their visitors welcome and comfortable, while the venue hotel was an excellent choice.

As for the Bridge, the knick-out stages featured several nail-biting finishes and sufficient drama to satisfy any neutral.
